Wishlist: ASOS Saved Items November 2013
All images from ASOS.com
Another ASOS saved items post. I often wake up much earlier than my alarm so spend countless hours each week browsing the apps on my phone, saving or pinning items to buy later. Here's what's on my hit list at the moment.
There's a mix of season-appropriate knitwear and not so season-appropriate skater dresses and trapeze tops. That's what big, cosy coats are for though!

Wishlist: Home Edition September 2013
This month I
thought I’d do a home decor Wishlist post
as I have found some great websites and would happily buy everything they sell.
I managed to pick a few favourite items though to add to my wishlist…
I really like
the look of a small string of bunting inside the home and think this colourway
would be perfect in our (almost finished) guest bedroom. Now to convince the
husband!
Again I think
these would work well in our guest room with the striped wall. Not sure what I
would put in these but for now they will just look pretty on the floating
shelves. They also come in monochrome and a lovely blush and cream colourway.
These wire
baskets come in several sizes and you can even purchase solid wooden lids to
turn them into practical side tables with storage from the same website. I have
added the black version to my list but there is an equally gorgeous blush
colour, which I am toying over too. No idea where this would go in the house
but I really like it.
This world map
poster has a gorgeous vintage feel to it and would look lovely in a distressed
frame. I think this might be another guest room item to add to the list. I love
the idea of having maps framed on the walls as they offer so much more than
simple prints and I could stare at them for hours.
This
sorting/document tray is going to be perfect for the new built in floating desk
we have had fitted in the lounge. I want to keep the look of the pieces we style
the desk with quite industrial and parted down and this will fit in perfectly.
Mercury glass is
quickly becoming one of my favourite materials and, whilst I am not the biggest
fan of hearts or anything too girly, this will be perfect for holding earrings
and necklaces on my bedside table/night stand. At the moment I am using a
scented candle to store these, meaning I can’t light the candle so this will
come in handy as well and looking cute and matching the decor in our master
bedroom.
These posters
are really cute. Again, no idea where they would go at the moment but we’re
planning to re-do the stairs and hallway at some point and I know my husband
loves the idea of having frames going all the way up the stairs so I might
suggest these. For those wondering, J and K are our initials.

home decor wishlist this month?

Wishlist: ASOS Saved Items August 2013
All images from ASOS.com
I love a good wishlist or saved items post and, as the seasons start to change (well here in the UK at least), my eye is already on Autumn/Fall fashion. That's why there are a few boots, sweaters and jackets in the mix this time...
1. ASOS Top with Tie Waist and Drape Cape Back £32.00
This top is a gorgeous silvery pink colour and would work both in warmer weather or in the Autumn with black skinny jeans and beaten up ankle boots.
2. ASOS KARMA Leather Over The Knee Boots £85.00
I have had my eye on some flat, over the knee boots for a few seasons now. Almost bought some Oasis beauties last year but made my mind up just in time for them to be sold out. Won't make the same mistake with these!
3. ASOS Aran Jumper £38.00
I have this jumper in a mustard colour from last Winter and got so much wear out of it. The berry colour is perfect for those dull Winter days. I might get this one a few sizes too big to make it extra cosy and big enough to layer a collared shirt underneath for super cold days.
4. Warehouse Leather Look Drape Jacket £55.00
I have almost this exact jacket in black from a few years ago and can't help trying to justify getting the grey one to myself (I do wear a lot of grey!). The leather looks really soft and buttery, just how I like it. I sometimes layer a leather jacket like this under another coat or mac in the Winter months for added warmth and so I can get away with wearing sleeveless or short sleeved tops for longer.
5. 6. 7. Cute Jewellery Bits
Not much to say about these three other than they're very cute and I need them in my life! Jewellery seems to be my category of choice at the moment (no need to worry about sizes etc.). I love layering pretty bracelets above my watch and I like the necklace for obvious reasons (I'm a capricorn!).
8. Just Female Dip Dye High Waist Skinny Jeans NOW £36.00
I actually saw these on Laura's blog and fell in love. Grey? Check. Ombre? Check. What more could you ask for in a pair of skinny jeans? I'm struggling...
9. ASOS Blouse With Ruffle Cape And Pussybow £30.00
Yet another floaty, peach blouse to add to the collection. No matter how many of these I buy I always get my wear out of them. This is a nice option because it could be dressed up or down. It would look great tucked into some black, skinny tuxedo trousers with killer heels for work or equally with some light washed boyfriend jeans and ballet pumps for a relaxed weekend look.
10. ASOS Backless Cami in Mono Ombre Animal Print £25.00
I spied this little beauty in the 'New In' section just the other day and immediately saved it for later. I love how ASOS have styled it tucked into a black pencil skirt as these swing/trapeze style tops can often be difficult to tuck into things. When I first saw this I thought it would be good for a Christmas night out (planning ahead!) and at £25.00 it's a bit of a bargain.
What's in your ASOS 'saved for later' list at the moment? Have I tempted you to buy any of these lovely things?

Wishlist: July 2013
Although I have just bought a massive Boots haul after pay day (my pay day is the 18th...weird!), there are still a few things on my wishlist this month.
1 River Island White Floral Layered Multi Strap Cami Top £25
This floaty floral top is perfect for the heat wave we have been having in the UK this month. The layered effect is flattering and the floral pattern is feminine without being too girly. I would wear this with off white skinny jeans for a truly summery look
2 Laura Mercier Custom Artist Portfolio £65
After seeing Fleur's birthday gift video I immediately added this to my wishlist. Perfect for travel, this is every make-up lovers dream case.
3 Lov Organic Tea and Strainer Mug Gift Set £30.33
Although this is a travel set I would love to have this on my desk at work as a welcome replacement to the horrible drinks machine tea and the handy lid on the mug makes it easy to take your drink along to meetings without spillage!
4 Stella & Dot Renegade Cluster Bracelet - Silver £45
I have seen a few fashion bloggers wearing one of these little beauties recently, notably Atlantic-Pacific, and I finally managed to track it down. This will be mine very soon. I'll be layering it up with my watch and a few other cuffs and bracelets.
5 Stella & Dot Chelsea Tech Wallet - Leopard £45
Whilst I was on the Stella & Dot site I spotted this handy wallet and phone holder. Ideal for a night out so you don't havr to carry your purse and phone separately if you go to the bar or the ladies. The leopard pattern goes with most colours too so would work with a variety of outfits.
6 Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette £36
This has been on my wishlist for months and months and I still want to get my hands on it. Despite having the original Naked palette and using it regularly, this still tempts be. Particularly as the colours are on the cooler side than the original, which will work well with my pale skin.
Do any of these things take your fancy? What's your current wishlist?

Wishlist: July 2010
After reading Hell Candy's Blog post listing her most wanted items of the moment I thought I'd give it a go.
I'm in a self-imposed period of austerity at the moment due to saving almost all of my disposable income for the wedding (not for over 13 months but you can never start too early!). With this is mind I can but wish for the things I'd like on my dressing table at the moment and it seems like a better form of window shopping so here goes...
1. Chanel Mat Lumiere Foundation
I have wanted to try this foundation for an age after watching so many videos and reading rave reviews. I love a good matte foundation but am currently working my way through no less than 5 others so really should use these up first before shelling out over £20 on this...I can but dream!
2. Dsquared2 Wood Perfume

2. Dsquared2 Wood Perfume

This is another long lusted after product. First spied in Harvey Nics over a year ago and looked at many times on HQHair...I will own this one day. Maybe a wedding day fragrance?
3. Frédéric Fekkai Technician Colour Care 3 Minute Mask
I got a sample of this in a recent Space NK order and absolutely loved it! It was my first forray into truly luxurious haircare and I have to say I've been taken in. This may be on my Christmas/Birthday present wishlist (take note boy!).
